CURRENT HIGHLIGHT (UPDATED!)

O.O Some people have asked me how to make avatars recently I'm not good at making avatars! I'm still a beginner at wallpapers and avatars, really. I just got photoshop this year... and this is the first time I've really become intrigued by it. However, there are some people that are asking me about photoshop effects. See... this is a time where I would point to Jono and tell you to ask him instead of me... I'm not so good at photoshop xD But ah well.. I MIGHT make a photoshop tutorial, if anyone is interested. But the tutorial would cover Photoshop basics and the fun stuff... I'm not so good at the math stuff and the long time stuff on photoshop xD If u would like a tutorial... please vote on the poll below.
